REFUND POLICY

We stand behind V34 with a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. We've designed this policy to be fair to customers who use the product as intended, while protecting against misuse. Please read it in full before purchasing.
THE 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE — WHAT IT MEANS
If you use V34 daily as directed for the full 30-day evaluation period and you are not satisfied with your results, you are eligible for a full refund of the product price (excluding original shipping costs).
Daily use means applying one strip per day to the top and bottom teeth for the duration directed on the packaging, every day, for 30 consecutive days.
This policy is built around the science of whitening: PAP+ formulations work cumulatively, and meaningful results require consistent application. Customers who follow the protocol see results. Customers who do not are not eligible under this guarantee.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for a refund under the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, you must:
1. Have purchased directly from mywhitelab.com (not from third-party resellers, marketplaces, or unauthorized retailers).
2. Have used at least one full pack of V34 over a minimum of 30 consecutive days, applying the product as directed each day.
3. Submit your refund request within 45 days of your original delivery date (this gives you 30 days to use the product plus 15 days to evaluate results and submit your claim).
4. Provide proof of consistent use when requested. This may include:
- Photos of your teeth on day 1 and day 30 (the same teeth, same lighting)
- The empty or near-empty product packaging
- Your order number
5. Not have purchased the product on a discounted or promotional code that explicitly excludes refunds.
WHAT DOES NOT QUALIFY
The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply if:
- You used the product for fewer than 30 consecutive days.
- You used the product inconsistently (skipped days, partial applications).
- You purchased only the 1-pack and ran out before completing the 30-day protocol. (We recommend the 2-pack for any customer who wants to invoke the guarantee.)
- You request a refund based on speed of results rather than absence of results. PAP+ whitening is gradual; most users see noticeable results between days 7 and 14, with maximum results at day 30.
- You experienced a sensitivity or allergic reaction. Sensitivity reactions are covered under our separate Adverse Reaction policy below, not the satisfaction guarantee.
- You damaged the product or packaging in transit and did not report it within 7 days of delivery.
- You changed your mind after opening the product but before using it. Once opened, the product is considered used for hygiene reasons.
- You purchased through a third-party seller. Third-party purchases are subject to that retailer's policy.
ADVERSE REACTION POLICY (SEPARATE FROM SATISFACTION GUARANTEE)
If you experience a sensitivity reaction, gum irritation, or any other adverse effect from using V34, stop use immediately and email contact@mywhitelab.com within 14 days. We will refund you in full regardless of how many days you used the product. We take adverse reactions seriously and will work with you directly.
Adverse reactions are rare with peroxide-free formulations, but they happen. If they happen to you, our policy is to make it right — no questions about whether you completed the protocol.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, contact us at contact@mywhitelab.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the product at no cost or refund you in full, your choice.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
1. Email contact@mywhitelab.com with the subject line "Refund Request — Order #[your order number]"
2. Include your order number, the reason for your refund request, and any documentation required (photos, etc.)
3. We will respond within 2 business days with a decision or a request for additional information
4. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
Refunds cover the product price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not require physical return of the product (used product cannot be resold for hygiene reasons), but we may request photo verification of disposal.
CHARGEBACKS
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card company before contacting us and giving us a chance to resolve your issue directly, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with documentation. Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks may be banned from future purchases and reported to chargeback monitoring services.
